Q. Is this website really free? Can I see unlimited matches, and can I send unlimted messages to any other member?
A. Yes and yes (and yes).

Q. So if this website is totally 100% free for all members, then how will it make any money?
A. From sponsor advertising ... eventually (i.e. right now there aren`t even any ads).

Q. Is there any contract?
A. Nope.

Q. Are there any rules at all?
A. Just a few, all of which are really just plain common sense.By way of example and not limitation:
  • All members must have only their own real personal ads (e.g. no fake ads, no paid escorts or adult services, no scams, etc).
  • The profile must be for yourself only (i.e no profiles for third parties and/or any other person).
  • Your pictures must actual photos be of yourself (e.g. not some other person, and not cartoons or drawings), and should be actual recent photos (i.e. not photos of you from 20-30 years ago).
  • There should be no explicit adult content or profanity (this includes photos, for example nude photos). It does not need to be totally G-rated, but please nothing more than you would see/hear in a PG-13 movie. In other words, nothing that would be R-rated or X-rated.
  • Your profile, and all of your communications, must not promote anything illegal.
  • Do not do anything to harm or impede the website (i.e. hackers, this means you).
  • You should be polite and courteous and respectful at all times, even if you receive a message from another member whom you have absolutely no interest in.
  • Accounts that violate the above, or engage in other types of egregious conduct, will be removed - and in cases of extremely abusive behavior, members will be banned from the website.

Q. Why can`t I see anything on the website aside from this link?
A. You need to have Javascript enabled to use this website. After enabling Javascript, you`ll need to refresh/reload the page.

For example, using the back button on your browser can cause problems, while trying to type URLs directly (e.g. to circumvent the normal operation of the website) will likely be perceived as a mailcious attack, which in turn may result in getting yourself automatically banned from the website.

Q. Why am I getting the popup alert on my phone to rotate my screen?
A. You need to view the website in a landscape layout to view it properly.

Q. Why am I not getting any email notifications?
A. Assuming you entered a valid email address, please check your junk mail / spam folder for emails from EasyBestDating.com. Most likely, you will see them there.
The reason for this is that by default, many ISPs will presume that emails from this website (and/or from most other dating websites) are likely to be spam, until you specify that these emails are not spam or junk. Q. After I sign up, can I change my handle?
A. Yes, as long as it is not already taken by somebody else.

Q. After I sign up, can I change my email address?
A. No, your email address is a permanent part of your account. The reason for this is that because we respect your privacy concerns, we do not ask for your name, or address, or phone, or any other uniquely identifying information. So the email address, which must be confirmed prior to activating your membership, is the only way we can identify each member.

Q. Can I change my password after I sign up? Also, I don`t see a "forgot password" link - what happens if I forget my password?
A. At the moment, the ability for you to be able to directly change your password is not available. There is a very complex technical reason for this, which for obvious security reasons we cannot discuss in any detail. However, if you are really stuck and can`t remember your password at all, you can send us a support email, and on a case by case basis, we will try to find a solution to accommodate your needs to get you to be able to log back in. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PICK A PASSWORD THAT WILL BE EASY FOR YOU TO REMEMBER.
